How are the Jollies sex toys made?
The Jollies silicone is a two-part liquid that is mixed together and allowed to cure to a rubber form. In its liquid state the silicone is hand injected into a rubber mold that has the shape of the Jollie in it. When the rubber cures it maintains the shape of the mold cavity and is removed from the mold. The Jollie then goes through a quality assurance procedure and is packaged.

What does Handmade Mean?
The creative approach to the molding technologies is apparent in the novel products and designs. Each product is hand made which means there is no automation. The molds are prepared carefully, the material is hand mixed and processed into the molds, and the cured product is packaged individually. All by well trained artisans and technicians. Most of the Jollie line of sex toys can only be manufactured in this way.

Are there different kinds of silicones?
Yes there are lots of different kinds of silicone. Some are typical industrial types that are like the caulking sealant you can buy at the hardware store. Some are diluted with additives to make it cheaper or softer. Silicone resin is very expensive compared to other rubber products. Jollies uses medical grade silicones that are specifically designed and produced for human skin contact.

What kinds of lubes can I use on my Jollies sex toys?
Jollies silicone is 100% silicone and completely cross-linked so any lube can be used, even silicone based lubes. Water based lubes are easier to clean off though.

What’s the best way to clean a Jollie sex toy?
Water based lubes or dirt and grime can be easily washed off the Jollie with warm water and soap. Silicone based lubes require a complete wipe down of the Jollie with a dry cloth to remove the oil build up. Further oil build up can be removed using a “citrus” based degreaser cleaner or wipe.

How long will my Jollie sex toy last?
With proper care and use the Jollie should last forever.

How big is a Jollie sex toy?
Each Jollie measures 7" x 4" x 2" diameter.
